About Us

Agile Reliability Technology Pte Ltd (ART) is a Singapore-based semiconductor equipment and spare parts company. We supply equipment and components to semiconductor fabs, OSATs, and research institutes across Singapore. As we scale our business development efforts, we're looking for a driven Business Development Engineer to grow our client base and deal pipeline.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals for semiconductor equipment and spare parts. This role sits at the intersection of technical understanding and sales — you'll need to speak credibly with engineers and procurement teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's semiconductor ecosystem (fabs, OSATs, universities, research institutes)
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business
• Source, quote, and negotiate deals for used/refurbished semiconductor equipment and spare parts
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and compliance documentation (e.g. tender submissions via GeBIZ/Ariba)
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on sourcing, pricing, and logistics coordination
• Track sales pipeline and report on deal status to management
• Represent ART at industry events and build a network of vendors and customers
• Work closely with the technical team to understand equipment specifications and match customer requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience in Singapore's semiconductor equipment or spare parts industry
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Semiconductor, or related field), or a Business qualification with strong technical aptitude
• Existing network with semiconductor fabs, OSATs, or research institutes in Singapore is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment categories (e.g. test handlers, wafer processing tools, metrology systems)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing deals
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving company
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus
