What You'll Do:
As a F&B Guest Relations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Here’s what you’ll tackle every day:

Set the tone - Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables and assist with seating.

Be the voice of the restaurant - Handle phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly. Master reservations - Make, confirm, and manage bookings while keeping the waiting list and seating chart running smoothly. Team up - Coordinate with Service and Kitchen staff to handle special requests, such as dietary needs or personalized table arrangements. Celebrate moments - Print special occasion menus and set up tables to create unforgettable memories. Perfect the details - Check table arrangements before and during service to ensure everything meets guests' expectations. Stay a step ahead - Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively fulfil their requests. ️ Be flexible - Take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What Can You Bring to the Table?
We’re looking for someone who radiates positivity and professionalism, with skills and qualities such as:

️ At least 1 year of experience in casual dining. Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and motivational skills with a passion for fast-paced, dynamic environments. Guest-first approach to hospitality. Ability to represent the brand professionally, with pride and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well-groomed, professional demeanour.

Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse is dedicated to offering steak like no other; the perfect Bistecca alla Fiorentina: a charcoal-grilled steak that is tasty, tender and so finely textured that it melts like butter in your mouth.

The first step is the ideal beef, after a year of searching we found it in a pristine part of Australia.

Our exclusive F1 Wagyu is pasture raised and organic-feed finished to the highest ethical standards. With a high (but not too high) 6+ marble score, it’s perfect beef for a thick cut steak experience.

Then our beef is cut in artisan-butcher style to produce bone-in, inch thick steaks. Cooked in classic Florentine style over a high temperature wood-fired grill, the signature charred-crust seals in the juicy centre to for a full-flavoured steak that strikes the ideal balance of taste, texture and tenderness.

Finished in simple style with extra-virgin olive oil and salt, our 1.1kg bone-in steaks are served to share in the traditional manner.
