JobResponsibilities:

• Responsible for fullspectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation,placement of orders and delivery arrangement).

• Generating PurchaseOrder timely & accurately.

• Negotiate withsuppliers in getting the best price and quantity at required timing.

• Maintain records ofpurchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Liaise with supplierson claims for products with issue.

• Collaborate withlogistic for delivery and with finance to facilitate payment process tosuppliers.

• Work with sales andprocurement team in accomplishing duties as needed.
