1. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

3. Programme Development & Coordination
4. Regional & International Engagement
1.Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
2. Fresh graduates with proven involvement in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or community projects, OR professionals(min. 3 years) in client-facing or partnership roles.
3. Able to interpret financial statements and understand business operations would be an added advantage.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Interest or experience in social impact, enterprise support, or co-operative development.
Singapore National Co-operative Federation (SNCF) is the national body of Singapore's Co-operative Movement, and secretariat of the Central Co-operative Fund (CCF). Formed in 1980 with the aim to promote and develop co-operatives as sustainable enterprises that address social and economic needs through co-operative principles of self and mutual help, so as to foster a more resilient society.
