Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate our retail team in achieving monthly sales and membership targets. The role involves supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and driving product knowledge across IT categories. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Description

• Supervise, motivate and communicate with colleagues to achieve sales targets of the month
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide consumer advice on products;
• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to staff on ground
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Sign-up new members, meet or exceed targets given for ValueClub memberships;
• Deliver excellent customer service from start to end;
• Arrange and display retail merchandise as instructed;
Do daily housekeeping before store opens and after store closes to ensure cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about IT products
• Possess the ability to work effectively with others in a team oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge & internet navigation skills
• Knowledge of IT trends, brands and styles
• Possess a sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing environment
• Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through
• Must be a great sales leader with excellent skills in driving store sales
• Must be flexible to work retail hours,weekends and public holidays
