Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key stakeholders.

Develop marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with restaurant operations to improve customer experience and service quality.

Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with suppliers, vendors, and corporate clients.

Drive catering, banquet, delivery, and private event sales.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports.

Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Work closely with the marketing team on branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.

Identify opportunities to expand the restaurant through new locations, franchising, or strategic alliances.

Develop customer loyalty programs and promotional initiatives.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.

Manage business development budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Ensure customer feedback is collected and used to improve products and services.

Support the recruitment and training of sales and business development staff when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant business regulations.
