Job Summary

Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding revenue in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services within a leading logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services to expand market presence
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing and converting new customer prospects
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development to align with business goals
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals tailored to customer requirements to support sales efforts
• Respond promptly and follow up on customer enquiries and requests to ensure service excellence
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth operations
• Provide timely and accurate industry and customer intelligence to inform business decisions
• Monitor and ensure customers comply with credit terms to maintain healthy cash flow

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage and grow client relationships
