Job Summary 工作概述

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage daily outlet operations, drive personal sales, and support team growth by training new staff. You will also follow up with customers on their treatments and work across multiple locations.
您将提供优质客户服务，负责门店日常运营管理，推动个人销售业绩，并通过培训新员工支持团队发展。同时需跟进客户疗程情况，并能在多个门店之间工作。

Responsibilities 工作职责

• Deliver excellent customer service by actively engaging with clients and addressing their treatment needs

主动与客户互动，了解并满足客户疗程需求，提供优质服务

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up consultations

通过持续跟进与咨询，建立并维护良好的客户关系

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

管理门店日常运营，确保运作顺畅高效

• Achieve personal sales targets by effectively promoting products and services

通过有效推广产品与服务，达成个人销售目标

• Guide and train new staff members to support their development and enhance team performance

指导及培训新员工，提升团队整体表现

• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Mandarin to provide treatment consultations and recommendations

能以英语及华语与客户清晰沟通，提供专业疗程建议

• Adapt to retail working hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled

能适应平日、周末及公共假期的轮班工作时间

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications 任职要求

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to support sales and customer engagement

具备良好的谈判能力，以促进销售及客户互动

• Exhibit interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues

具备良好的人际沟通能力，与客户及同事建立良好关系
