Job Summary

This IT Engineer role supports healthcare communication systems and internal IT operations, focusing on data, IoT, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic, growth-oriented SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test hospital nurse call systems and IoT devices to ensure reliable healthcare communication
• Assist in enhancing and maintaining the company website, including UI updates and backend fixes to improve user experience and functionality
• Manage and monitor AWS resources such as EC2 and S3, including documentation of cloud infrastructure changes
• Support internal IT operations by managing IT assets, maintaining network systems, executing testing scripts, and performing data backups
• Provide direct technical support to project teams to facilitate timely and effective project delivery
• Engineer IT solutions tailored to client needs and streamline internal IT workflows for operational efficiency
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to support ongoing technical initiatives
• Demonstrate initiative and work independently to resolve IT issues and learn new healthcare technology systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong Passion for Healthcare field, Info Tech and IoT
• Exposure to web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and basic API or backend knowledge
• Proficiency in data management to support IT tasks
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux command-line operations
• Self-motivated learner with responsibility and teamwork skills
• Proficient in office software applications
