Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality client service and operational efficiency across all regions, including overseas markets (e.g., Malaysia, Philippines, Algeria etc).
  • Implement processes to improve productivity, monitor performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Develop strategies for market expansion, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and support cost control initiatives to maintain profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and risk management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents to track progress and ensure alignment with company objectives and operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field ( A Master's degree is an advantage).
  • 8-10 years of senior management or leadership experience in consultancy or a related industry.
  • Proven expertise in team management, business development, financial management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting company objectives.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive work culture.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment for making strategic decisions in dynamic, multi-market environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry trends; willingness to travel internationally as required.
