• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Key Requirement: Hands-on experience in process mapping and workflow improvement

We are partnering with a leading global maritime and feeder solutions provider to appoint a Senior Analyst, Business Continuity . This role presents an excellent opportunity for a hands-on process improvement professional to drive meaningful, organisation-wide initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple business functions to map existing processes, identify operational gaps and implement practical improvements that strengthen business continuity and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document existing business processes using Miro, Visio, flowcharts or similar tools.
• Review workflows and non-technical data backup plans to identify gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and secure support for proposed improvements.
• Support process implementation, change management and employee training.
• Maintain accurate process maps, procedures and business continuity documentation.
• Manage competing priorities and constructively challenge existing practices where necessary.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in business process management, business analysis, process improvement or consulting.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping and workflow improvement.
• Business continuity planning experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Miro or Visio and Microsoft Excel.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and challenging existing processes diplomatically.
