Key responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, delivery, and support to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights
