• 8– 12 years of experience in Automation, RPA, Workflow Development, Power Platform, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism , or similar automation tools.
• Programming/scripting experience, preferably Python .
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions.
• Experience with workflow design, business rules, exception handling, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to work across Business and IT teams.
• Experience working in structured, governed, and regulated environments.

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services experience, especially in Wealth Management, AML/KYC, Compliance, Reporting, Reconciliation, or Back Office .
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform , APIs, data extraction, document processing, reporting automation, or BPM/workflow platforms.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, auditability, access controls, credential management, and change governance .
