• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of scheduled meal and rest breaks

About Us:

Nosh Produce is a growing indoor farm specialising in edible flowers, microgreens and specialty herbs. We supply restaurants, hotels, caterers and foodservice businesses across Singapore.

Our products are grown locally ina controlled indoor environment, allowing us to provide consistent quality, freshness and year-round supply.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-oriented Sales Support Admin to support our daily customer service, order processing and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins, and provide prompt updates on orders and deliveries.
• Order Processing: Process, confirm and amend customer orders accurately, ensuring product, quantity, pricing and delivery details are correct.
• Issue Handling: Assist with order, delivery, stock and product quality issues, and escalate matters when needed.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, operations, inventory and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain invoices, delivery notes, quotations, customer records and other related documents.
• Administrative Support: Assist with payment follow-ups, filing, reports and general sales or operations administration.
• Operational Support: Assist walk-in customers and provide packing or order preparation support during busy periods.
• Team Coverage: Maintain clear handovers and provide coverage when other team members are on leave or absent.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• GCE O-Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in administration, customer service, order processing or logistics is preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic office systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to keep documents accurate and properly filed, and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and coordinate well with different teams.
• Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Able to work from Sunday to Thursday.
