Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support smart home and lighting system projects

  • Program and configure smart home systems

  • Troubleshoot and provide after-sales support

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and architects

  • Conduct site visits and provide technical supports

  • Prepare project updates and reports

  • Maintain strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Independent, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Comfortable working on-site and with clients

  • Class 3 driving license required

  • Experience with smart home is a bonus, but not required
