Logistics Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Summary

You will support daily order fulfilment, manage inventory accurately, and maintain a clean, organised office and storage environment to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately for timely delivery
• Arrange and coordinate the dispatch of orders to meet delivery schedules
• Receive incoming stock and organise it systematically for easy access
• Update inventory records promptly to track stock movement and availability
• Conduct regular stock takes to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage and packing areas to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform general office cleaning to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Support additional logistics and operational tasks as needed to facilitate smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, order fulfilment, inventory management, or cleaning is advantageous but not required
