Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

, specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure, scalable, and user-friendly customer, partner, and employee portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build and customize customer, partner, and employee portals using Experience Builder, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience and performance.
• Configure Experience Cloud features including:

• Experience Builder

• Partner Communities
• Customer Communities
• CMS
• Audience Targeting
• Branding & Themes
• Navigation Menus
• Knowledge Integration
• Self-Service Portals
• Login & Registration Flows
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth, and external user security.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Build automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize portal performance.
• Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud .
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce
• Experience Builder
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Batch Apex
• Queueable Apex
• Platform Events
• Strong understanding of external user licensing, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and security best practices.
• Experience building responsive portals and custom Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CMS and Knowledge.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
