We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to business development, market analysis, strategic and operational planning efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

• Assist in business strategy formulation, including go-to-market plans and partnership development.

• Support financial modeling, fundraising research, and investor presentations.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities.

• Assist in operational strategy and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing studies in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field or Polytechnic Diploma Holders; Pre-University/University Students

• Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in the biotech/healthtech industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in consulting, venture capital, or startups is a plus.

Biomanufacturing still lacks predictable, tunable control over cell behaviour, limiting yield, quality, and scalability. ChemT Biotechnology takes a paradigm shifting approach. It has developed an AI-driven virtual cell platform, CelMo, which builds foundation models of different cell types to predict cell states upon perturbation.
