Job Summary

You will support daily outlet operations by setting up the venue, processing food and beverage orders and payments, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the outlet daily to ensure smooth operation before opening
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders to meet customer requests
• Collect and process payments efficiently using the POS system to ensure accurate transactions
• Operate the POS system to record sales and manage orders effectively
• Build and maintain positive customer relations by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet to provide a safe and pleasant environment

• Experience working in food and beverage settings to support operational tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the trade’s requirements
• Demonstrate a jovial and energetic personality to enhance customer experience
