The Role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to own several of KiX's most impactful user-facing and lifecycle product lines. You'll take full ownership of the systems that decide how new users are onboarded, how we bring players back, how we convert them to Premium, and how we keep the platform safe — using data and AI to make each of these smarter.

This is an independent, single-owner role: you drive one product surface end-to-end, from PRD to launch to iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & activation — Own the new-user onboarding flow, including intelligent multi-path routing that gets every player to their "killer game" in the first session. Continuously test and improve first-session activation and D1 retention.

• Lifecycle & re-engagement (Push) — Own the push-notification and messaging strategy: segmentation, timing, personalization, and measurement. Use data/AI to lift re-engagement without hurting user experience.

• Premium / Subscription — Own the Premium product: packaging, conversion funnel, pricing experiments, and retention of paying users.

• Trust & Safety / Risk — Own anti-abuse and risk-control product logic that keeps the platform fair and safe at scale.

• Marketing ops (WhatsApp / Meta) — Manage approval and governance of WhatsApp / Meta marketing message templates, ensuring compliance with platform policies.

• Cross-functional delivery — Write clear PRDs, prioritize ruthlessly, and coordinate closely with engineering, data, design, and growth teams across Singapore and Guangzhou to ship on schedule.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer mobile app, gaming, or growth/lifecycle context.

• Proven ability to own a product line end-to-end — from problem ch and iteration.

• Data-driven: comfortable with funnels, A/B testing, cohort/retention analysis, and turning metrics into product decisions.

• Practical understanding of how to apply AI/ML to product probleng, segmentation, ranking) — you don't need to build models, butyou should know how to spec and leverage them.

• Strong written communication (clear PRDs) and the ability to woultures (SG + China).

• Bias toward action, high ownership, and comfort in a fast-moving startup.
