Provide patients a positive experience while they are being treated at our dental clinic and support the running of the practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound telephone and email inquiries.
• Management of voice and handphone messages.
• Reminder calls for appointment confirmation.
• Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients.
• Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate.
• Check patients’ medical history and drug allergies.
• Check for insurance coverage and intention to use insurance or government subsidies.
• Collects payment from patients, applies payments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports.
• Locating patient files and cases.
• Prepare PowerPoint for doctor counseling.
• Process claims with insurance companies and government agencies.
• Liaising with dental labs for sending and receiving of cases.
• Recording of lab charges.
• Educate and teach patients on the correct use of braces and Invisalign.
• Other adhoc duties.
