Job Summary

Support project execution by preparing schedules, programming controllers, coordinating teams, and delivering training to ensure smooth automation and control system operations.

Responsibilities

• Check schematics, flowcharts, and programming documentations
• Download program controllers, sensor instrumentation, and third-party software to meet project specifications
• Design and prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for server operators
• Respond promptly to customer queries and requests to maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with factory and project teams on orders, logistics, services, and equipment calibration or repair
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing project success
• Deliver basic operation and maintenance training to customers for system usability
• Organize contractors’ meetings and site visits to facilitate project communication and progress
• Conduct Testing and commissioning on BMS
