Job Summary

To lead the site execution of Waste Treatment Plant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Responsible in planning, executing, supervising, and completing all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects in Vietnam, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and compliance with contract, quality, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects to meet project timelines and budgets
• Execute construction tasks while ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to maintain safety and work quality on-site
• Complete projects in accordance with Vietnamese local regulations and industry standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore Head Office, Vietnamese project teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities
Manage communication and coordination for large-scale EPC projects including Waste-to-Energy, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Desalination, and Industrial Infrastructure

Language Requirements

• Vietnamese language.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.

Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel between Singapore and Vietnam.
• Long-term assignment at project sites during construction.
• Ability to mobilize within short notice.
