JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full spectrum of Work Permit administration for employees in the Construction and Process sectors, including applications, renewals, issuance, cancellations, transfers, and related MOM matters.

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, preparing employment documents, and onboarding new employees.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all personnel files and HR documentation are properly filed and kept confidential.

• Administer and monitor dormitory arrangements, including check-in/check-out, room allocation, and maintenance of dormitory records.

• Maintain employee training records and ensure mandatory courses and certifications are completed and renewed on time.

• Monitor work pass validity, probation periods, contract expiry dates, and other HR compliance matters.

• Support the HR department with general administrative duties and undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
