Job Summary

Provide facial and basic beauty treatments while assessing skincare needs, operating equipment safely, and promoting services to deliver excellent customer care at Emily Beauty Salon.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial and basic beauty treatments tailored to customers’ skincare needs to enhance their appearance and satisfaction
• Assess customers’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve optimal results
• Operate beauty equipment safely and correctly to ensure effective and secure treatment delivery
• Explain treatment procedures and provide clear aftercare advice to support customer recovery and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to comply with health and safety standards
• Promote suitable beauty services and skincare products to increase customer engagement and sales
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize customer flow and service delivery
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support salon operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant beautician experience is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
