Extrans Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and condition.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

• Pick, pack and prepare outbound shipments.

• Update inventory records using WMS and Microsoft Excel.

• Perform stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transport companies and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
