We are a growing company in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industrywith several outlets across Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are lookingfor a responsible and proactive teamplayer to join our team and support our business operations.

JobResponsibilities

• Handle month-end closing for multiple companies
• Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, or full set of accounts
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist in audit schedules and liaise with auditors
• Prepare and submit GST reports
• Communicate with banks and other external parties
• Provide general administrative support
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JobRequirements

• Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft office and AutoCount Accounting software.
• Able to multitask and work independently with initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive and “can-do” attitude
