Job Description

Looking for individual who is meticulous for details torecord transactions, which include purchases, sales, receipt and payments.

You will post the information to accountingjournals/software and reconcile the accounts to ensure accuracy.

Responsibility

• Record transactions, including general ledger and accountsreceivable/payable and complete the posting process.

• Enter data, maintaining records and generate month endreports and financial statements

• Ensure accounts are closed on time, respective to deadlinefor client’s monthly meeting

• Attend to subsidiary proprietors’ queries

• Other general accounting duties

Requirement

• Knowledge of Accounting

• No experienced required, training will be provided.

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

• High degree of accuracy and meticulous to detail.

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office.

• GCE "N" Level, GCE "O" Level, NITEC orHigher NITEC, entry level candidate or equivalent.

• Responsible, confident, multi-tasking, performance drivenand highly self-motivated.

• Able to work under pressure with good time management to meet tight deadline.
