About Us

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our Finance and Administration Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare, process, and issue invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier statements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all financial documents are filed systematically.
• Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and preparation of management reports.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash records, and expense claims.
• Support GST reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Fresh graduates with accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or AutoCount) will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
