Your Role
As a Care Consultant , you will assist families infinding and selecting a suitable caregiver based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries from potential clients through phone, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand each family's caregiving and household needs
- Recommend suitable caregiver candidates
- Introduce and explain caregiver profiles to clients
- Arrange and coordinate caregiver interviews
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into successful placements
- Explain our services, fees and placement process clearly
- Maintain good relationships with clients
