Position: Production Admin (Timber & Metal Works)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Admin to support our timber and/or metal fabrication operations. The role involves handling administrative duties related to production, coordinating documentation for doors, gates, and related products, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for production and fabrication processes of timber doors, metal doors, or gates.

Review, interpret, and process technical drawings and specifications related to production.

Prepare and maintain production records, job orders, and reports.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.

Monitor inventory records, assist with material requisitions, and update relevant databases.

Handle general office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Perform ad-hoc duties to support company operations when required.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand drawings (doors, gates, fabrication work).

Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).

Prior experience in production, fabrication, or construction-related industries will be an advantage.

Independent, reliable, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Work Location and Hours

Location: Woodlands, nearest MRT is Admiralty

Hours: 9am to 6pm / 9am to 12noon

Days: 5.5 days a week
