Passionate about technical puzzles and making systems run smoothly?

This role is actively involved in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing our Club's Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, directly contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Maintenance Executive on daily operational tasks, encompassing both preventive and reactive maintenance.

• Identifies and resolves issues by troubleshooting Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment.

• Provide on-site supervision for contractors.

• Contributes to system enhancement projects as needed.

• Any other duties as assigned to support Maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Possesses a minimum NTC 2/3 certification in Mechanical or Building Services.

• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar operational setting.

• Demonstrates knowledge of air-conditioning, electrical systems, sound systems, and plumbing.

• A valid plumber license is highly advantageous.

• Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus.

• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
