Leasing Executive / LeasingOfficer

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Leasing Executive /Officer to manage leasing activities for our coffee shops and food courts. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for tenant sourcing, leasenegotiations, renewals, tenant relationship management, and occupancyoptimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions in line with company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing leasing and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with Leasing Administration on lease documentation and tenancy matters.
• Work closely with Operations, Project, and Maintenance teams to resolve tenant and facility-related issues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Support management in achieving target occupancy rates and an optimal tenant mix.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Preferably 1-3 years of leasing, property management, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in retail, F&B, coffee shop, or food court leasing will be an advantage.
