Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily food production operation in central kitchen, including ingredient processing, cookingassembly line, portioning and packaging according to standard recipes and SOP.
• Monitor and operate food production equipment, ensure normal running, perform simple adjustment and dailycleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct basic quality check of raw materials and finished products, ensure food safety and hygiene standardsare strictly followed.
• Maintain production area cleanliness, comply with HACCP, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assist production supervisor to record production data, inventory check and ensure production efficiency.
• Follow production schedule, ensure on-time completion of daily production target.

Job Requirements

• Possess relevant experience in food production /central kitchen / food manufacturing,
• Previous experience as Food Processing Worker/ Production Operator is acceptable.
• Able to work in shift, early morning or overtime as reguired by production needs.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
