Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation , including washing, cutting, portioning and basic cooking.
• Support cooks and chefs during daily kitchen operations and service periods.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, kitchen standards and instructions.
• Assist with cooking and plating of dishes while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Maintain proper food storage, stock rotation and inventory levels.
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and preparation areas clean and organised.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety and kitchen SOPs.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing kitchen supplies.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage; training will be provided .
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is preferred.
• Willing to learn cooking techniques and follow recipes and instructions.
• Responsible, cooperative and able to work effectively with the kitchen team.
• Willing to work 5 days per week , including weekends and public holidays when required.
