Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating employees to ensure high productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Shift Manager.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety (e.g., OSHA), and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing daily workflows, inventory, and logistics, often across multiple departments or locations.
