Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责

• Conduct regular stock checks at all outlets and thewarehouse

定期对所有门店及仓库进行库存检查

• Perform stock counts and investigate inventorydiscrepancies

执行库存盘点并调查库存差异

• Monitor stock movement, aging stock, and stock turnover

监控库存流动、滞销库存及库存周转情况

• Identify slow-moving and near-expiry products

识别滞销及临期产品

• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear agingor near-expiry inventory

策划并协调促销活动，以清理滞销或临期库存

• Work closely with the Marketing Department to preparepromotional materials

与市场部紧密合作，准备促销相关物料

• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimizeinventory levels

协调门店之间的库存调拨，以优化库存水平

• Ensure First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) procedures arefollowed

确保执行“先到期先出（FEFO）”原则

• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports

编制每周及每月库存报告

• Conduct random inventory audits

进行不定期库存抽查

• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse, and Outlet Managersregarding stock issues

与营运、仓库及门店经理沟通库存相关问题
