We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support our commercial, marketing, and chartering activities within the offshore marine industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in a dynamic business environment with exposure to tender management, vessel chartering, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing, business development, and chartering activities.
• Prepare RFQs, tenders, bid submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Source vessels, negotiate charter rates, and coordinate chartering arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of charter agreements and contract documentation.
• Maintain and update tender pipelines, contract records, client information, and vessel databases.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely invoicing.
• Support supplier pre-qualification processes and project schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSQE requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in commercial, chartering, shipping, logistics, or offshore marine environments.
• Knowledge of the offshore marine industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
