Our client is one of Singapore's leading private education institutions, is seeking a Finance Executive to support management reporting, budgeting, commission processing, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting and finance operations.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Process student recruitment commissions for local recruitment staff and overseas representatives.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, management reports, and revenue analysis.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare revenue and expense variance analysis for management reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and budget consolidation.
• Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, tax submissions, annual returns, and XBRL filings.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust, audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required; full set of accounts experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Navision or similar accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime during peak periods when required.
