Job Description

• Maintain accounting records, billings, payments, reconciliations and supporting schedules across multiple entities.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and other financial reports.

• Support investment accounting and portfolio reporting activities, including investment transactions, valuations and related schedules.

• Monitor and maintain cost tracking.

• Assist with external audits, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Prepare GST returns and supporting schedules.

• Provide backup support for treasury and settlement processes as required.

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancement projects to strengthen operational efficiency and controls.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally within asset management industry or family office

• Knowledge of investment accounting, treasury and financial instruments is an advantage

• Proactive team player with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
