Job Description:

• Ensure full compliance with VIVA Finance Manual

• Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables

• Handle Full Set of Accounts

• Responsible for Annual report and filing of statutory obligations, including GST reporting, payments, IRAS reporting

• Prepare Month-end Financial Reports, including Treasury reports and its execution, as well as Management reports

• Liaise with External Auditors and VIVA board memebrs (Finance and Audit) for accounts review

• Management of funds and bank accounts

• Responsible for Annual budget with tracking

• Tracking of VIVA's inventory and assets

• Ensure proper records of all donors and issue receipts accordingly

• Manage website and platform for collection of donations

• Ensure accounting compliance and governance

• Set up SOP for all accounting functions

• Any other accounts-related functions as assigned
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or ACCA or equivalent

• Knowledge in using Quickbooks

• At least 3 years relevant experience with a well-established accounting firm would be an advantage

• Experience in working in Charity organisation will be an advantage

• Good commercial acumen

• Analytical mindset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Those with appropriate experience / qualifications, may be considered for Asst Manager position.
