Job Description:

• Assist theSenior Purchaser in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materialsand subcontract works

• Prepareand issue Purchase Orders accurately and promptly

• SupportQuantity Surveyors in requesting quotations for tender submission

• Coordinatewith suppliers, sub contractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials

• Monitorand track material deliveries to meet project schedules

• Maintainproject warranty records and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual

• MatchPurchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Suppliers’ invoices before submission forpayment processing

• Maintainaccurate procurement records and filing of procurement related documents

• Providegeneral administrative support to the Procurement, Quantity Surveyor andProject teams

• Ad-hocduties, answering phone calls

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificateor Diploma holder

• Minimum 2years working experience in construction / interior fit-out industry(preferable)

• Freshgraduate with a keen interest in construction / interior fit-out procurementare welcome to apply

• Meticulous,organised, possess initiative, able to multi-task and ability to work in a team

• Proficientin MS Office application
