Job Summary

You will welcome guests by reviewing arrival lists and attending to special guests such as VIPs. You will prepare welcome folders, provide information about amenities and services, anticipate guest needs, assist with tasks, handle complaints, and maintain daily records while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to greet and welcome guests promptly
• Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and respond accurately to their inquiries
• Prepare welcome folders with relevant collateral for guest distribution
• Provide clear information about amenities, venues and promote available services
• Anticipate guest needs and build positive rapport to enhance their experience
• Address customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the Guest Relations Manager
• Record daily guest interactions and relevant information accurately in the logbook
• Ensure all activities comply with quality standards to maintain a safe environment
