Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, designers, printers, and advertising agencies for marketing projects.

Maintain customer databases and assist in email marketing and customer communication activities.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional roadshows.

Respond to customer inquiries related to marketing promotions and provide necessary support.
