Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and walk-ins.
• Assist clients with enquiries relating to property sale, purchase and refinancing matters.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with lawyers, bankers, property agents and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and manage client files, documents and administrative records.
• Follow up with clients and provide timely updates on the progress of their transactions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the conveyancing process.
Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in a law firm, conveyancing practice, real estate or banking industry is an advantage.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
