• Familiar with MYOB / Financio account software .
• Prepare AP/AR Aging fortnightly.
• Prepare staff 's salary & claims.
• Prepare Fixed assets schedule .
• Manage & Record day-to-day daily financial transaction .
• Prepare supplier's payment according to payment terms.
• Provide regular updates to management on financial performance .
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identity any discrepancies .

• Prepare and analyze financial reports , including balance sheet , income statement and cash flow statement .
• Prepare statutory filling for GST, submit IR21 & IR8A .
• Work with auditors/ tax agents to ensure a smooth audit process& tax filing .
