Credit Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Our client, a well-established bank is seeking to fill the role of credit operations.

Job Description

• Process and administer bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, ensuring timely drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, interest payments, and fee collections.
• Prepare and review loan documentation, facility set-up, limit maintenance, and account maintenance in accordance with approved credit terms.
• Monitor loan covenants, facility conditions, and documentation requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Process credit-related transactions, including amendments, renewals, disbursements, and settlements.
• Perform daily reconciliations, investigate operational exceptions, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Legal, Finance, and external agents to support smooth loan operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational risk policies.
• Support regulatory reporting, internal and external audits, and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 2–6 years of Credit Operations, Loan Operations, or Middle Office experience within a bank.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending products, syndicated loans, loan documentation, and credit administration.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems, SWIFT, and banking operations processes.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
