Job Description:
Develop and implement quality control procedures for production of precast components.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues.
Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for management.
Plan and coordinate quality inspections in line with the casting schedule and project delivery program
Conduct pre-casting inspections, post-casting quality assessments, and pre-delivery checks to ensure products meet internal and client specifications.
Liaise with the Design Department to resolve technical queries related to shop drawings and ensure alignment with production requirements.
Monitor and report on production waste and defective components, and assist in implementing measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily casting reports, quality inspection records, HDB inspection reports, and forecasting reports for upcoming production

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction or precast manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with quality standards and testing methods for concrete products.

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
