Responsibilities

Location: 85 Playfair Road, #07-01, Tong YuanIndustrial Building, Singapore 368000
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are a well-established Japanese trading company based inSingapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currentlylooking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Manager (IT Manager) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
  • Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and system compliance.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to internal users.
  • Ensure smooth operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
  • Prepare IT budgets and manage IT assets.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience.
  • At least 3-5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation .
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing external vendors and IT projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or trading companies would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or relevant professional certifications.
  • Experience leading ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting senior management and business operations.
