Job Summary

You will provide holistic wealth management solutions by understanding clients’ financial goals, developing tailored plans, and monitoring portfolios to help clients grow and protect their wealth while achieving individual and team targets ethically.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ financial goals and objectives through in-depth discussions to tailor wealth solutions
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice including investment, insurance, retirement, and estate planning
• Establish and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients to support their financial wellbeing
• Develop and implement customized financial plans that help clients grow and protect their wealth
• Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with evolving needs and market conditions
• Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to provide timely, relevant financial advice
• Meet individual and team performance targets while adhering to professional and ethical standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial planning demonstrated through proactive learning or experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills applied in client engagement
• Analytical thinking with self-motivation and goal orientation to drive client outcomes
• Willingness to obtain relevant licenses and certifications, supported by the company
